The building is nice and the rooms are quiet. The location is favourable, at a medium distance from Taipei Arena Stadium. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located really close to everything.

It was clean place, staff were very friendly and amicable, and I greatly enjoyed my comfy room. The location in a shopping area was convenient and excellent. Also, it was 2 miles from a downtown park. The hotel was newly decorated and nice, about 600 feet from the subway station. I recommend the place.

We booked a family room that was incredible. Climate control, television and a mini fridge bar worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location was prime, for example, Taipei Arena Stadium was at a short distance from the hotel. Besides, it was just next door to train station, a metro stop, and the city centre...

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was steps away from the MRT station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the coffee machine and free snacks were a nice touch. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax during my New Year stay.

I found the entrance to the hotel a bit tricky to locate and could use clearer signage. , although the breakfast was simple yet satisfying, it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't included and had to be purchased separately.

We had a great stay at Hej Taipei! The location was excellent, with plenty of metro and bus stops nearby. The room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast, although limited, had options for vegetarians/vegans. The free water and snacks in the room were a nice touch. The 24-hour coffee and snacks served all day are a great bonus. the housekeeping staff is efficient, and the family room with two double beds is very comfortable and clean.

The bathroom could use improvement as it is small and lacks proper waterproofing, leading to a wet floor.
